To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. For a restaurant priced at $300-$500 on weekdays, it seems more sensible to try out their dishes at the weekend all-you-can-eat brunch. Good for any special dates that you are celebrating, especially for all them boyfriends out there complaining the portion of fine dinings😂 For me, it’s enough full already after trying each item on the menu. The tenderness of wagyu and Angus beef from our main dishes also kept up with its Michelin restaurant title.

Tho the sushi rolls are a bit disappointing, with supermarket quality in look and taste.

Last but not least, remember to make your reservation online so you can get that ‘premium dessert plate’ which is indeed quite plentiful with a Milk Top ice cream and a fancy watermelon show😂😍.
