好耐無嚟寧波啦…所以一嚟到餐牌都唔駛睇,我就厚顏無恥咁一輪咀嗌晒必食菜式, 醉雞, 醉豬手, 臭豆腐, 肴肉, 燻蛋…跟住同事就只有quota可叫薺菜炒年糕同黃金蝦.醉雞同醉豬手都有好香嘅花雕酒味, 豬手皮肉爽脆, 我覺得豬手嘅酒味比醉雞更濃一D, 令人想一舊接一舊咁食. 臭豆腐今次反而失色咗D, 因為佢發揮唔到佢嘅”味力”, 以前佢一出場果陣”味力”真係幾震撼架嘛! 嗅覺上滿足唔到, 但味覺上還可以, 皮炸得香脆,配埋甜醬真係天生一對! 水晶晶嘅肴肉, 賣相已經好似一幅抽象畫咁,肴肉雖然連埋豬皮, 但點埋鎮江香醋食, 食落一D都感覺唔到肥, 而且啫哩入口慢慢溶化, 真係不自覺一件接件咁放入口! 燻蛋…橙黃色的糖心蛋黃半凝固, 只係個樣已經好吸引, 加少少淮鹽, 一食就感覺到有濃郁的煙燻香味. 食食吓同事嘅眼睛釘實咗響過路侍應手中嘅鍋貼上, 好自然鍋貼無耐後就成為我哋枱上其中一樣餸…鍋貼肉嫩有肉汁, 不過皮煎得略為唔夠香脆. 邪惡嘅黃金蝦, 次次都食到唔停口, 今次亦都唔例外, 襯住膽固醇未超標, 食得就食咗先啦!! 蝦雖然唔

邪惡嘅黃金蝦, 次次都食到唔停口, 今次亦都唔例外, 襯住膽固醇未超標, 食得就食咗先啦!! 蝦雖然唔係好大隻, 但肉爽有膏, 加埋咸蛋黃嘅咸香, 真係咩高都唔理啦! D咸蛋黃食極都仲有, 用嚟撈個薺菜炒年糕又食多兩啖, 年糕本身個味道清清哋, 所以加埋咸蛋黃又夾喎!
