𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒂𝒕📍 5/F, Rosewood Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong一位難求嘅Rosewood酒店印度餐廳,今次終於試到啦🥳聽講佢哋會優先留位俾rosewood staycation嘅住客架無論係環境同食物質素真係唔錯嘅。餐廳裝修有少少英倫加印度風格令我諗起喺倫敦都非常出名嘅印度餐廳Dishoom。坐出面仲有無敵大海景,very chill🤣𝑱𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒇𝒓𝒖𝒊𝒕 𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒔𝒂 8.5/10雖然佢外型似雪糕但其實佢係烤羊肉咖喱角。雖然佢似雪糕筒但佢嘅外皮似炸春卷皮咁,好薄好脆。入面嘅羊肉加咗好多香料醃製所以唔會食到半嘅羶味。配上乳酪醬食減少左油膩感,係俾到驚喜我哋嘅一道菜式😍𝑨𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝑩𝒐𝒖𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒆 8/10等待上菜之前侍應會首先送上呢一個印度脆餅配上酸辣汁食好開胃𝑻𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒊 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒇 𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒌 9/10佢嘅質感好似牛腩好腍,外層亦燒得岩岩好,好入味。配埋佢哋有啲辣嘅醬汁,十分推薦👍🏻𝑩𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑪𝒉𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒏 8/10咖哩好香濃,入面加咗腰果所以比起一般咖哩更有口感。雞就正常發揮啦,唔算特別嫩滑,不過加埋咖哩係好食嘅。佢同naan一

𝑭𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝑪𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒚 6/10
魚個portion唔算少但肉質唔夠滑,亦唔係好入味。咖哩雖然有一粒🌶,但完全唔辣,而味道亦無butter chicken咁香濃,較流質。

我哋一共叫咗3個naan - truffle, beef bone marrow, butter
Truffle naan 超香松露味,就咁食都好好食👍🏻
Beef bone marrow naan 入面有啲似碎牛😂味道偏咸同濃
Butter naan 正正常常啦

𝑳𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒕 8/10
佢較一般嘅lemon tart酸,加埋佢個lemon雪糕係味覺嘅沖激😆不過我都幾鍾意食酸嘢所以都唔錯,食完幾refreshing,無咁漏。不過整體嚟講無乜驚喜

𝑪𝒉𝒐𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒆 𝑵𝒂𝒂𝒏 9/10
一睇個樣已經覺得佢好吸引,濃厚嘅朱古力榛子味naan上面鋪滿好多脆脆,nuts同seed,配上雪糕同燒過嘅棉花糖,,食落嘅Texture非常之豐富。第一次食甜嘅naan,好有驚喜,絕對值得一試👍🏻

我哋4個人每人平均食咗$500。食物質素,環境同服務態度都好滿意,係一個開心嘅experience。不過真係太難訂位啦😪
