This Pret has been a pretty solid breakfast option for anyone who works in the vacinity--it's conveniently located in the Central MTR station, so you can always rush by here and take a coffee or croissant or hot soup on your way to the office.  No real dine-in seating, but most people who come here in the mornings are not looking to loiter.  
I love their gooey chocolate chip cookes (half the price of the Mrs. Field's versitwo doors down) and chocolate-sprinkled croissants, and their spinach and crayfish sandwiches are a nice savoury mid-morning snack.
The staff is very courteous and helpful even when there's a fifty-person line of angry, caffeine-starved commuters shouting orders at them every which way--so, you know, kudos on service and crowd control.
