I walk past this shop a lot, but only eaten here 2 times. One could visually notice that the Char Siu quality fluctuates too much in its roasted outcome looks here!- The Roast Goose I had wasn't good at all. Dry meat, Chewy Skin. 1/5- Char Siu was very good on 1 occasion I went. Good marinade, good malty-sweetness but not overwhelmingly so, tender on each bite and not stringy (not too chemically tenderised too). - Roast Pork... it is not one of best ones around, as it wasn't aromatic and meaty enough, skin wasn't exactly crispy either. My batch this time also contained too much fat for enjoying their meat taste. 2/5

CHAR SIU is the only thing I'll come back here for - but only when it looks good enough! A Smile for that, as its one of the best char siu's I've eaten in Hong Kong on the right day. I just wished the shop becomes consistent.
