Cheap place for breakfast!

Went there for breakfast on Saturday with my mother. We ordered the usual set breakfast. I ordered the one with wholemeal porridge and white toast with some hot milk tea, which cost around $13 only! No service charge included! Anyway, the porridge is of a good portion! Not too milky and not too dense! The white toast has rooms for improvement though! The texture of the toast was far too hard! Anyway, service at this restaurant is so-so! Not perfect! Again, needs to be improved, but very cheap! So that is a good bargain and good for value! The place is not extremely hygenic, but it is acceptable. Can again be improved though.
