今日專程去銅鑼灣食chef’s table,☎️一早已經book好位,我哋選擇的套餐名係西方懷石料理精選 $1288/1位。Boston lobster擺盤層次分明,🦞波士頓龍蝦爽口彈牙,個人對豆類食物印象麻麻,但呢度嘅燉小扁豆加入火藥香料,感覺唔錯。🎉Broiled miso glazed toothfish的鱈魚好香口,🐠魚肉滑捋捋白雪雪,而雅枝味道清甜甘香,口感脆中帶軟。Red Prawn tartare紅蝦蝦味十足,🦐味道酸酸甜甜帶有蝦的鮮甜味,另外紅蝦韃靼加入少量紅椒,味道層次豐富。🌞Rangers valley beef striploin的牛里脊肉相當出色,🐄肉質嫩滑,另外加配法式千層薯同茄子平衡味道。🥔Pea shoot veloute soup中的北海道帶子好大粒又香甜,🍲濃湯質地偏稠而且味道濃郁。Dessert presentation簡直係一幅藝術品,🎭將多咗甜品集於一身,再以藝術形式呈現,創意十足。🖼值得一讚係餐廳環境令人有一種好放鬆嘅感覺,用餐過程好愉快。😌
