I have always been a sucker for a bowl of good ramen and stumbled upon this with my friend in Wan Chai. We went there early at around 6pm so did not have to queue as there are only a few seats available. We both ordered the ramen combo with shrimp soup and pan fried dumplings. The shrimp soup was made just fine with an umami aftertaste, not too salty and not too fishy. Ramen is just the right amount of springy and chewy. Dumplings are great as well with a thin and crispy skirt. Definitely worth
