前排係新假期見到<The Final Table>個大廚Shane Osborn係中環開左間小酒館而我又好頭痛同FD係邊到慶祝生日之際 就決定左呢間喇係中環搵左一陣先見到餐廳 去到門口已經好鍾意灰色雲石tone 好warm just like home去到時間尚早 6點都未到店內空無一人 好由於開左唔耐 所有野都好新好靚Red Prawn($148)紅蝦刺身+雅枝竹用上檸檬百里香及Olive Oil醃漬Lemon Thyme香味濃裂 但食落Olive Oil較重味道偏鹹 Tagliatelle($148)自家製闊條麵配上青豆肉腸蘑菇It's really nice不得不讚自家製闊條麵令平凡的配料及醬汁昇華意粉質感雖厚卻咬落彈牙咬落 充滿小麥味Chocolate Mousse ($78)成餐我最愛既係呢個Chocolate Mousse朱古力配上新鮮車厘子& nuts朱古力濃到不得了 卻又有D cream中和 完全唔膩上面既nuts小小鹹 越食越小個下超不捨我會因為呢個cake再返去食p.s 呢到係無得reservation 只可以walk-in..
