Although I do love Hainan Chicken, chicken in Hong Kong is mainly skin and bones unless you remember to order the white meat which most Hong Kongers hate. In general, the chicken was really good as it was firm with a springy texture.
The star of the show for me was the green rice which I wanted to try in MK.
I'm not sure how that one tastes but I was super impressed with the one here. The shredded chicken was lean white meat and it was so soft and tender, the truffle was not strong which was good as there are lots of low quality ones around these days.
The rice beneath was the best, every grain was infused with spring onion oil yet it wasn't oily.
Finished with the pina colada and mint soda. Will be back again and hope the food is still good.
