To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Stopped at Cafe de Coral for a quick bite to cure the hunger pangs before dinner. There was a chicken leg and ice cream red been drink for $29. The ice cream, they said, was Dreyers rocky road. Though they had a choice for fried or soy sauce chicken leg, when I ordered, they only had fried available as soy sauce was sold out.The chicken leg was ok. I would have preferred it to be soy sauce but oh well...could only get fried. However, the red bean drink wasn't too good. There wasn't a lot red bea

The chicken leg was ok. I would have preferred it to be soy sauce but oh well...could only get fried.

However, the red bean drink wasn't too good. There wasn't a lot red beans and most of it was milk. The red bean itself was still a bit hard. The ice cream that was advertised was a rather small scoop. I almost didn't see it. Rocky road also was a weird combination with red bean.  I think I'm just more used to vanilla ice cream with my red bean drink. Having it with chocolate and a bits of peanut was not as good.

$29 was pretty cheap but I think I'll order something else next time.
