之前試過兩次即日訂枱無位,今日咁啱行過多口問吓,點知有位!即刻入去試!無後悔!Parsnip soup with apple and sultana原來parsnip puree做湯係幾好味,加埋細細粒煮過嘅蘋果仲有少少爽爽地,好清新Scallops with apple and cauliflower帶子正正常常,椰菜花蓉調味剛好Chicken liver parfait with figs, bacon brioche and white alba呢個真係要大力推介!雞肝醬做得非常好,絕對唔會有苦味、金屬味、膠感、涸喉、膩口,只有香、滑、濃!再刨少少白松露,味道剛好。未食過咁香但完全唔「潤」嘅肝醬,值得一試!Fish pie with beurre blanc and mussels其實係好味嘅,不過上一道雞肝醬芭菲實在太正,這一道給比下去Creamed leeks, white truffle and brioche crumb (sides)呢個配菜其實都煮得好好,不過食到呢度已經開始飽飽地Crème brûléeBanoffee tart兩款甜品比前菜及主食,確實有點失色。有

兩款甜品比前菜及主食,確實有點失色。有太多地方做得比呢度好。如果可以再揀,我會直接放棄甜品。另外見旁邊嘅客人點咗Crepe Suzette,侍應當場做嘅flambé未達水準,敗筆!
午餐嚟講,上菜算比較慢,而且當日唔算多客人。
叫甜品時,請侍應推介一些合襯嘅茶,但佢只係就咁提議咗本店限定嘅一款,不覺特別配襯。
