之前試過兩次即日訂枱無位，今日咁啱行過多口問吓，點知有位！即刻入去試！無後悔！Parsnip soup with apple and sultana原來parsnip puree做湯係幾好味，加埋細細粒煮過嘅蘋果仲有少少爽爽地，好清新Scallops with apple and cauliflower帶子正正常常，椰菜花蓉調味剛好Chicken liver parfait with figs, bacon brioche and white alba呢個真係要大力推介！雞肝醬做得非常好，絕對唔會有苦味、金屬味、膠感、涸喉、膩口，只有香、滑、濃！再刨少少白松露，味道剛好。未食過咁香但完全唔「潤」嘅肝醬，值得一試！Fish pie with beurre blanc and mussels其實係好味嘅，不過上一道雞肝醬芭菲實在太正，這一道給比下去Creamed leeks, white truffle and brioche crumb (sides)呢個配菜其實都煮得好好，不過食到呢度已經開始飽飽地Crème brûléeBanoffee tart兩款甜品比前菜及主食，確實有點失色。有

兩款甜品比前菜及主食，確實有點失色。有太多地方做得比呢度好。如果可以再揀，我會直接放棄甜品。另外見旁邊嘅客人點咗Crepe Suzette，侍應當場做嘅flambé未達水準，敗筆！
午餐嚟講，上菜算比較慢，而且當日唔算多客人。
叫甜品時，請侍應推介一些合襯嘅茶，但佢只係就咁提議咗本店限定嘅一款，不覺特別配襯。
