和朋友訂了二人枱在Moo Moo’s鋸扒,環境昏暗,燈光較暗,情調不錯,枱與枱之間都幾寬闊,我們對着bar枱,一邊看着調酒師沖酒一邊傾偈,真的幾放鬆。這杯Whisky Sour易入口,淡淡檸檬汁味道又有些蛋白增加口感,whisky亦變得易入口,happy hour時段都幾平,只要$48。餐牌就只有一個,$298包括自家製麵包、沙律、八安士肉眼扒和薯條。有兩款麵包都幾軟熟,牛油有普通的味道和玉桂味,我比較喜歡玉桂味,特別又不會太甜。牛扒選了五成熟半生熟,本身肉味已經很香濃,咬落又有肉汁煎得恰到好處,牛肉的香味去搭面頭的rosemary,香料把肉的鮮味發揮得淋漓盡致。配菜的薯條是我最喜歡的原裝薯條,剛新鮮炸好,沒有落鹽,味道最正!今餐真是很豐富,不論食物、飲品還有環境都要給滿分!
