放工來到呢度,環境幾chill,一出lift 就見到bar嘅位,各式各樣嘅酒都擺晒係度,仲有bartender係度較酒添!以為呢度係shisha嘅地方? 你就錯啦,其實呢度係食中菜嘅~真係唔似架!睇完餐牌就叫咗幾個菜式。。。珍菌黑松露球,望落似雷沙湯丸,食落似鹹水角,入面包住豬肉鬆、煙肉及黑松露等嘅餡料,食得好滋味~黑豚肉叉燒皇,用火燒着鐵板,燒汁慢慢煮到稠身,叉燒半肥瘦,食落熱辣辣!濃湯芥蘭,超爽脆!芥蘭同平時食開嘅好唔同,一啲都唔苦!招牌炒飯,好多蟹肉,米飯炒到粒粒分明乾身~飲品就叫咗呢度嘅signature cocktail, Asia Peninsula, 用荔枝調配而成,易入口,呢度嘅酒都唔差!仲食埋甜品添!杞子桂花糕,食落好清新,係夏天嘅時候更加透心涼,亦為成餐飯畫龍點睛~
