To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周末過黎海濱行下曬太陽吸收維他命D😬見餓餓地就黎左La Serre食brunch✌🏼呢間係pet friendly既餐廳，有得坐outdoor，冇咁熱嘅時候坐出面都幾chill ~▫️大啡菇．薯餅配車打芝士蕃茄牛油果賣相好似漢堡，底係薯餅、再順住舖蕃茄、牛油果、大啡菇同車打芝士，一層層疊上。薯餅好脆，入面夾雜蔬菜同粟米。大啡菇加芝士一齊焗，聞到好香。旁邊有大量沙律菜，加上黑醋汁，味道酸酸地好開胃又健康。▫️香煎吞拿魚．法邊豆．薯餅．煎蛋吞拿魚幾大塊，煎到7,8成熟左右，味道咸咸地口感嫩軟。薯餅同樣炸得好脆，煎蛋好靚仔，蛋黃半熟。旁邊既車里茄同沙律菜都新鮮，法邊豆加黑醋汁都幾好食。我地點左Iced Mocha 同洋甘菊茶，茶以壺上，用川寧茶包；Iced Mocha唔錯。

賣相好似漢堡，底係薯餅、再順住舖蕃茄、牛油果、大啡菇同車打芝士，一層層疊上。薯餅好脆，入面夾雜蔬菜同粟米。大啡菇加芝士一齊焗，聞到好香。旁邊有大量沙律菜，加上黑醋汁，味道酸酸地好開胃又健康。
