收工約咗同事去中環食嘢,今次由佢帶路去試下呢間樓上餐廳。我哋入座時間仲未過八點,可以嗌overtimed lunch menu set,包沙律、餐湯同飲品,抵食好多。今日嘅餐湯係粟米湯,味道好濃,又多料。而沙律菜好新鮮,酸酸甜甜好開胃。其中一個main course係安格斯肉眼扒,5成熟,肥瘦均勻,有一陣炭燒燶味,都幾juicy。跟碟嘅薯條炸得較乾身,好脆口。另一個main course係雞卷。去骨再捲埋蘑菇同炒蛋嘅雞卷口感好豐富,配上紅酒汁味道特別。薯仔皮焗得香脆,唔會太粉。呢度嘅備長炭串燒都幾出名,點咗燒白鱔同雞腎。白鱔皮脆肉滑,對比鰻魚肉質較煙韌同juicy。赤雞腎就好爽脆,配埋啤酒簡直一流!
