20190626🌧️Wednesday 🍄今日生日誌🎂(第十四篇),因為有兩位朋友住在青衣,所以選擇了中環區,我❤️掛掛Townhouse, 上了 OpenRice 揾,原來已經改名「紅樓」,即管試下🤗上到「紅樓」眼見前面Bar 檯位置無變🤷‍♀️內部裝修及餐枱,大致同以前一樣,連Waitress都係一樣,我做了小小訪問🎤原來老闆想嘗試轉做中餐🥢「紅樓」名字只是改了半年,今晚天氣好好🌜夜景好清澈🌟Ordered佐4個 Main Course (1)燒脆皮燒鵝-半隻🦢上檯份量唔似半隻😀好大碟呀😁件件啖啖肉😆肉汁濃郁😋(2)鮮鳳梨咕嚕肉,菠蘿面層燒過🔥又好鮮甜😍咬落去爆汁😋Souce 唔會太酸,肉質鬆軟(3)欖菜牛肉鬆炒四季豆,欠缺少少火喉,欖菜唔會過鹹,味道剛剛好,如果份量大D D就好喇(4)黑椒茄子牛仔骨煲,熱辣辣🔥香噴噴😋醬汁惹味👍扣分地方係牛仔骨比較肥總括黎講,今晚食物質素可以接受😄重點廚師功夫了得👨‍🍳
