Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. the sauce wasn’t too creamy and it had rich flavour of lobster! besides, there are quite a reasonable amount of small bites of lobster in the risotto and cheese to lighten up the taste. cant help digging in again once i started 🥰
