There are two branches of Tung Tat in Hong Kong but only this branch has fried food.Sat down on a nice secluded corner and took my time to look at the menu which was sticky and greasy to touch.Ordered noodles and fried fishcakes★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★fried fishcakes:The fishcakes were different to the Western ones, you won't find mashed fish with potatoes because it is blended fish with flour hence the chewiness. Some parts of it was nice and crispy but the soy sauce they put on it was so concentrate

The fishcakes were different to the Western ones, you won't find mashed fish with potatoes because it is blended fish with flour hence the chewiness.
Some parts of it was nice and crispy but the soy sauce they put on it was so concentrated that a drop was extremely salty.

There was a thick layer of oil over it which kept it hot.
The taste was bland but rather spicy.
