Stir fried shrimp and scollops with broccoli (帶子蝦球伴西蘭花) HKD$98
The scollops are not rubbery at all.
The broccoli is fresh and crunchy.
The whole dish is not too salty nor oily but bright and quite light. The large quantity of seafoods.Delish and value for money.
Choy sum and mushrooms in fish stock (魚湯鮮菌菜心) HKD$65
The choy sum is robust, green and crunch Topped with mushrooms.
The fish stock is superrrrrrrrrr sweet.
This veggie cooking method is very healthy yet flavourful, bright, light and refreshing.
The portion is huge, can be shared by 2 ppl or more.
Chinese chicken chestnut pot (栗子炆雞煲) HKD$88
The Shiitake mushroom soaked up all the flavours and essences of the ingredients(chicken, chestnut..etc).So Yummmm.
The ingredients seasoned by thick flavourful sauce.
This pot is definitely the warm-hearted comfort food during winter or cold weather.
Beef claypot rice(牛肉煲仔飯) HKD$65 (add Shiitake mushroom+HKD$5) (冬菇加)+HKD$5
Also, No MSG(無味精) is added in these claypot rices which are quite healthy comparing to those of other restaurants.
