The shrimps are springy, bouncy and flavourful. Large in size. Yummmmm.

The scollops are not rubbery at all.

The broccoli is fresh and crunchy.

The whole dish is not too salty nor oily but bright and quite light. The large quantity of seafoods.Delish and value for money.

This kind of veggie cooking method usually only finds in large Chinese restaurants and seldom in cha chaan teng.

The choy sum is robust, green and crunch Topped with mushrooms.

The fish stock is superrrrrrrrrr sweet.

This veggie cooking method is very healthy yet flavourful, bright, light and refreshing.

The portion is huge, can be shared by 2 ppl or more.

The chicken is not the frozen ones.

The Shiitake mushroom soaked up all the flavours and essences of the ingredients(chicken, chestnut..etc).So Yummmm.

The ingredients seasoned by thick flavourful sauce.

This pot is definitely the warm-hearted comfort food during winter or cold weather.

All the claypot rices of this reaturant are cooked with charcoal fire(炭燒) which gives a nice, distinctive aromatic smokey flavour to these claypot rices.

Also, No MSG(無味精) is added in these claypot rices which are quite healthy comparing to those of other restaurants.

How can you miss out the temping, crispy, crunchy golden brown “fan chiew”(飯焦)/ roasted crispy rice at the bottom of the pot?!
