I have a craving for chocolate every now and then and this day I went into Pacific Coffee Emporium to see what is there to satify my craving.Walking near the counter, what caught my eyes was only the chocolate tart. The chocolate tart has a glossy ganache on the top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and crunchy bits. I was expecting a tart filled with ganache so I was really excited about it.I felt a bit disappointed when I cut open the tart, seeing the inside was chocolate mousse instead of ganache. I guess I am a bit spoiled by LGB's chocolate tart . Nevertheless, the chocolate mousse and the ganache tasted really rich and dark! The crust tasted like oreo biscuit though on the soft side.
I would still come for it when my chocolate craving strikes
