早前k同事請食這間店的panna cotta, 覺得味道不錯, 水準不俗. 所以encore, 試食蛋糕.看到介紹一個 christmas cake 是某比賽的 champion cake. 加上是 aunt kelly 生日. 就決定一試.這個cake 有四層, 底層是脆脆,上一層是 chocolate mousses, 之上是橙 (我呀媽很喜歡內裡的橙皮),又一層chocolate mousses, 最後是chocolate finishing. 起初擔心太甜, 但食落是剛剛好. 層次幾突出. mousses 滑.可以繼續試細cake
