閒日晚市嚟到西餐大排檔,喺鍋鑼灣心臟地帶,唔洗等位,上樓就有好嘢食。本承食過Chef stage 番尋味嘅我,當然要嚟試埋呢度比較一下。Chef stage 走高檔路線,富情調嘅浪漫氛圍。而呢度就至啱同friend嚟吹水食飯,套餐有哂豬牛羊、海鮮、魚或龍蝦揀。我地一反常態唔叫牛,而係叫好特別第二度食唔到嘅燒橡果級黑毛豬肉眼套餐$299,同埋香燒原條鮮魚套餐$299。凡惠顧套餐加$38有一杯紅/白餐酒,加$69就可以有海鮮拼盤,生蠔肥美有海水味,鮑魚肉嫩入味,帶子盛於味噌汁內,味道配搭創新,聖子肉甜爽脆,以此價錢能品嚐幾款高質海鮮夠哂抵。牛腩羅宋湯,質地濃稠,聞落有濃郁嘅牛腩香味,顯然是落足料熬出來的。喝下去味道偏辣和咸,餐廳職員指這是濃味。松露磨菇湯,有Chef stage 同一款湯的影子,滿滿磨菇顆粒混和松露香味,不錯👍燒沙巴龍躉,即燒熱辣辣,非常大條肉厚,魚肉白皙很新鮮,配上泰式辣汁惹味非常!橡果級黑毛豬肉眼,個樣真係好似牛扒咁,無論肉嘅顏色同質感都好似牛肉,此菜式亦如chef stage 豬肋條一樣,伴以新鮮菠蘿,幫助去油膩感。肉眼炭香味十足,油花與瘦肉融合起來,又嫩又香。甜品柚
