Seabass with pickled cabbage - It was served in a gigantic round bowl, with the chef generous with the portion of the fish. There were pickled cabbage, mushroom and flat potato noodles etc. The chef was attentive to details in he helped to scoop off the excess oil in the soup, making it clear and easy to drink. Soup was sour in taste, with seabass very soft and smooth, able to taste the freshness. Flat potato noodles were very chewy, absorbing the essence of the soup.

Raindrop cake - It was a jelly-like dessert, with black sugar syrup and peanuts added into it. Jelly was very smooth, QQ in texture. Black sugar syrup helped to make it sweet in taste.
