The ingredients used & flavour is very clean. The most ingredients used are apparently grown from the garden next within the old police station which is very meaningful. But the dishes could be more flavourful. You get to choose 4 dishes for $60 but the portion sizes are quite small so for an average person it will probably not be enough (more like a light meal).
