We ordered two different flavours for the shaved ice, Salted Caramel & Rocky Road 🍫 definitely prefer the first one “Salted Caramel” more as I don’t see a lot of same flavour in other cafe! The caramel is not just for decoration but it’s super crispy and added a lot of texture to the dessert— crunchy, airy, melts in your mouth together with the finely milky & sweet shaved ice 🍧 The combo was too good to be true and you just have to try it if you’re ever in the TST area! It’s also perfect for humid & hot weather in Hong Kong, trust me you’ll love it 🤍
