OMG the presentation sooo delicate like a bird’s nest ???? a nepalese fried noodles featuring a garlicky sauce & flat thin noodles like linguine. the fried egg was perfect, also stiffened the sauce a bit in which i liked.

a mix of steam, pan-fried + deep fried & chili momo !!! our fav was the chili momo tht the sauce was nt actually spicy, bt on the sweet & sour side like gulou meat, RLY tasty. i also liked the pan-fried one which had a chewier texture, yet overall i thk all the momos could be juicier inside.
