終於等到chance獨個兒dinner la~!看到玻璃櫃內放有5款以上的蛋糕，想試的pear chocolate muffin, almond croissant都賣光，then switched to $40 coffee tart...它主要由朱古力海綿蛋糕、almond butter tart、chocolate truffle、peanut pieces、coffee味慕思和caramel慕思組成，平衡得很好，表面頂部有朱古力and real gold裝飾。蛋糕moist and 軟綿，慕思also 相當creamy and 幼滑, 拿捏得很好呢！chocolate and coffee味香濃，帶點vanilla香和caramel香，甜味a bit too much。coffee and 朱古力味反而較caramel coating突出，butter tart almond 味足夠，thing to improve was 整體略甜了點。but it was still 好好食, coffee and caramel 好夾!!
