To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. What we have and some personal reviews: 😋
• 🌍 World Traveler Siu Mai - it has 6 different flavours all around the 🌎, have you tried the popular Kim chi Sui Mai? Though it’s quite spicy 🥵, Borscht Siu Mai, cuttlefish & cheese, scallop & black garlic Siu Mai, Tom yum goong Siu Mai and my fave truffle Siu mai 😍 nostalgic in each flavours that combines past and modern styles!
Such a perfect concept!👨‍🍳🙌

• ⁠🍚Steam rice with preserved sausages and chicken - the preserved sausage has a strong taste and the chicken meat is so soft and tender.

• ⁠🍤Shrimp Toast- they elevated the shrimp with the fried toast that made it more crispy. Shrimp is soft in the inside but crispy on the outside.
• ⁠🍙Steam rice roll with thick BBQ pork- the amount of BBQ pork in the rice roll is overwhelming and slightly sweet . I love it!🤭
• ⁠🥕🥟Truffle assorted fungus dumpling - top notch! 🤤Black truffles has clever taste and blends well with the fungus. So enriched flavours!😋
• 🥟Juicy pork dumpling in Malaysian style - savoury and the goodness of pork bursting with juiciness. 😋
