Today my sister visited me. As she is a fan of pizza and pasta, I ordered some take away from Mama Mia! Pizzeria recommended by my friend.According to my friend, this pizzeria was opened about 2 months ago. The chef was reportedly from Italy. I ordered an 9 inches signature Mama Mia pizza. The pizza was freshly baked, authentic and super yummy. It was topped with generous portion of mozzarella, tomato sauce, salami, pepperoni, sausage and beef cheek. I ordered an 9 inches signature Mama Mia pizza. The pizza was freshly baked, authentic and super yummy. It was topped with generous portion of mozzarella, tomato sauce, salami, pepperoni, sausage and beef cheek. All the ingredients were of good quality and the pizza dough was very nice. Each pizza was served with their garlic and herb dip, which added flavour to the pizza. It was perfect to go with a beer.
For snack, I ordered Yu Kwen Yick Spicy Wings. Yu Kwen Yick chilli sauce is a famous local brand with over 100 years' history. This fusion snack with local flavour was a good try, especially if you like spicy food. The blue cheese dip was special and rich.
Carbonara was freshly cooked upon order. The pancetta cooked with egg yolks, parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil was rich and yummy.
We enjoyed this takeaway meal very much. It was a breath of fresh air. We trust the food will be even more tasty if we dine in the small shop. Let's encore soon.
