Brought in some seafood downstairs. The cook-to-order service and price are good and competitive. Ingredients quality might not be as good as we tried in other markets. But the handling of seafood is certainly on master grade. The dish portion is big, unchanged from the good old day Hong Kong decades ago. Just the environmental hygiene might not be acceptable by many people.
