Three of us came for dinner last night and were glad that we had booked a table as the restaurant was very full by the time we arrived at 7:30pm. Bread was boring and cold, although the olive oil and vinegar were quite nice. For starters, we ordered salt n pepper calamari which was a nice big portion (although each piece was tiny) with aoli and tomato sauce. The caesar salad with chicken was surprisingly good, with moist and tender chicken slices. Nice to see that it wasn't drowned in dressing.
The happy hour deals are all different depending on what drink you order. For instance, selected cocktails were buy-one-get-one-free, while others were double-shot alcohol. For some wines, you get more in the glass than usual. Some beers are reduced price, etc. However, the menu doesn't clearly tell you what the deal is or which drinks it applies to!
The service was very attentive and responsive. We'd like to come again to check out the jazz/swing on Wednes nights!
