/American black Angus/
I love the presentation! The tartare was well seasoned. But my parents weren’t that fond of the texture of raw minced meat😅 personally would prefer to have carpaccio more🙈

/Japanese mackerel/
The mackerel was grilled perfectly with a charred skin. Love the smoky flavour. The inside was pinkish in colour with a smooth and oily texture. The oyster cream further lifted the freshness.

/Boston lobster (add $180 for half)/
This is a quenelle that stuffed with lobster meat. The quenelle was fluffy and light. Surprised to get Bok Choi in the dish😂

/Miyazaki A4 Sirloin (add $290)/
One of the must try(?) personally think that it’s overrated.... it’s too oily for me... it would be perfectly fine if it melts in my mouth but it didn’t....
