記得上次去崇潔街食飯,經過祟志街,看見一間餐廳門外有好多人等位,心想這店有甚麼吸引這麼多人等位,今天剛好有時間,放工就和女兒去試試,餐廳位於祟志街,名叫Cook King Cooking。餐廳地方不大,但是客似雲來,客人來來往往,就知食品質素有一定程度!凍檸茶味道都OK,甜道適中!BBQ醬燒豬肋骨配薯角:廚師用秘製BBQ醬汁醃過豬肋骨,之後燒至剛剛熟,豬肋骨肉厚不肥,熟了也保持肉嫩多汁,味道入味又惹味!薯角香脆,點些茄汁更美味!海鮮薄餅:餅底香脆,材料有芝士、魷魚、蝦、菠蘿、粟米。超級好味,值得一讚是焗過的薄餅,蝦肉還很爽口彈牙!
