今日cool牙朋友話要帶我食間石燒牛話好食,重點佢cool牙都食到。心諗,我食過嫁?!點知行去佐敦方向,我以為應該新開?點知係我食過幾次既。。。唔同分店,哈哈!依間裝修日本風外,空間感好好,用灰色設計帶木製牛同日本飾物。沙律同白飯同日式蕃茄牛肉湯任食任飲。沙津要配柚子醋汁去膩,芝麻醬加落去都好。牛肩排180g牛肩扒係最愛嘅牛肉部位之一大家都知。一上枱,店員就叫我地快d幫牛翻身,唔好燒一邊另一邊無。牛肩厚厚地長放形,可以加d 粉紅色喜馬拉雅山鹽同埋黑胡椒先再翻另一面。鐵板上邊均勻受熱,一齊熟啦!紫菜飯無限自己整,牛肩汁流係飯面上添牛味! 牛肩有咬勁外,都唔會老,石燒都好ok。基本上次次都食依個,平又好食。醬料有蒜蓉、自家燒汁同有辛辣汁,樣樣都ok無過咸。牛柳 200g今次牛柳無根位,正,上次都有,係依一分店。加bbq孜然粉好惹味,知朋友點解話佢食到,真係好林,對上一次食一次可能有根位?!無今次咁林,加蒜蓉食一軟一咬,蒜口爆發!
