To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Come to have a few drinks at this top floor bar in a hotel in Shatin. The place is quite quiet and cosy, spanning a view of the shing mun river and even racecourse. It is a great place for intimate chats and gatherings. The drinks are also well prepared by the bartender too.We also ordered a wagyu snack, consisting of bite size pan fried wagyu cubes with tomato and gravy sauce. The wagyu are cooked to medium and quite tender, pairing with the sauce and tomato is also a nice tasty combination!
