chaplin.hk is a new restaurant in kowloon city! Attracted by their navy blue front door and the wood furniture inside! My first time to try their high tea set! It includes 3 savoury and 3 sweets! Love especially their smoked salmon beet toast and scone with their homemade clotted cream! The chef is so nice and will ask about our comments on food!
