This classic suckling pig is cooked on indirect heat which enables the fat to melt off, retaining a crispy skin but butter like meat texture.
The flesh is very juicy and flavoursome, tender and moist.

It combines savoury toppings, a crusty bottom, and fluffy rice into a warming, comforting meal.
