I used to walk to Wan Chai for lunch when I was studying in Admiralty (which was like a year ago~), however there weren't many choices back then .I was going to have a afternoon meeting with three of my friends and I noticed that there are some new resturants have been opened there !!! The restaurant is more like a cafe and there aren't so many seats, i guess it should be pretty full during the lunch hour The prices for the tea set is rather reasonable, which I think is quite suitable and

The restaurant uses Tea Pig's tea bag, which I could tell the quality is quite good already . Moreover, the tea serves with a tiny jar of honey from France and a Lotus's caramel biscuit

The first one is Fresh Ham with Emmental Cheese, the Emmental cheese melted on top of the toast. But the bread is a bit hard tho
Another one will be Smoked Salmon 🐟with Dill Cream, personally I enjoy this one the most ! Smoked Salmon tastes amazing with the dill cream and don't forget to squeeze some lemon juice on it
Last but not least, Tuna Salad. I am not a big fan of tuna as it is a bit fishy for me , yet the is still taste not bad~
