Weekday嚟呢間食過幾次,中午個Set真係幾好食同好抵,尤其係介推鹵麵。星期六大佬嚟接我放工,我決定嚟食晏。疫情影響下當日入席率30%左右,唔洗訂位一入去就可以安排座位。座位距離都算寬闊。餐前小食有醃製酸青木瓜-味道食落好似啲醃酸蘿蔔,不過比較硬,所以可能係咁先切成一片片,比起蘿蔔冇咁juicy。當日點咗:1. 扁肉湯-細細碗,湯清得嚟啖啖餘香,扁肉望落似雲吞仔,不過個皮都係用肉打成,唔係一般嘅雲吞皮。食落肉香滿溢,配上湯內嘅微酸紫菜,真係刺激味蕾。2. 九轉小腸-一碟份量唔多,仲會用有蠟燭喺碟底保暖。呢個食落有少少失望,鹵水味道一食落時幾香,唔太咸,咀嚼落去就有啲啲咁多,好似八角嘅苦味。口感都尚算可以,淋得嚟有咬口,不過未至於彈牙。我試一試一小啖浸住豬腸嘅鹵水汁,都係好香唔油膩同味道啱啱好,反而個鹵汁又冇苦味。3. 海蠣煎米粉-其實係蠔仔蛋煎米粉,蛋煎米粉食落香口少少焦脆,唔會太乾。蠔仔味道濃郁,細細粒口感creamy,配上佢哋嘅辣椒醬(其實食落似食泰式生蝦嘅辣醬),酸酸辣辣,加上蒜味,好開胃。4. 荔枝肉-類似咕嚕肉嘅味道,比較冇咁酸,荔枝味就唔突出,面仲有啲啲脆,即係新鮮炸好
