每次去親食壽司第一時間都會睇吓餐牌有冇omakase嗌,廚師發板不時不食,最能夠反映出餐廳嘅質素。今次我點咗10件壽司嘅omakase ($358)由上排開始分返淡至濃味食1珍寶牡丹蝦,口感creamy又肥美2珍寶帆立貝,又肥又厚,一啖啪入口,滿足感爆燈3深海池魚:師傅加咗柚子碎喺上面,充份帶出池魚既香甜味,又多份清新嘅感覺4赤鯥,當造就是王道,有油香,有鮮甜,有口感 (食完要再追加🤤)5火炙喜之次:師父加咗個秘製葱醬喺上面,令燒過嘅喜之次多咗另一種非筆墨可以形容嘅味道(已加入追加list)6大拖羅: 材料新鮮肥美已經不在話下,師父嘅刀工令到本身入口即溶嘅大拖羅變咗入口爆發,炸到口腔充滿tuna嘅油香7中拖羅:俾大拖羅炸完,食件中拖羅黎平伏一下味蕾,油份較少更食得出tuna嘅鮮甜,又有赤身口感8煙燻鯖魚:呢件真係估佢唔到咁有驚喜,煙燻過去咗原本鯖魚嘅腥味,因為係燻熟口感好好,有咬口9白子: 一入口,咬開既白子將每粒飯包住嘅味道同口感,三個字型容 不!得!了!10加拿大海膽: 夠飽滿又鮮甜食飽飽但意猶未盡嘅我就問吓師傅仲有咩推介,佢二話不說即刻落手整咗件火炙大拖羅海苔壽司,大拖羅經燒過啲

食飽飽但意猶未盡嘅我就問吓師傅仲有咩推介,佢二話不說即刻落手整咗件火炙大拖羅海苔壽司,大拖羅經燒過啲魚油吧吧聲咁湧出嚟,滲曬入去壽司飯度,再加埋香脆嘅紫菜,直頭係個完美嘅ending
