今日放工約咗男朋友去上環干諾中心嘅日式居酒屋食好西!男朋友好醒, 一早book 好左位💁‍♀️餐廳裝修好特別,-支支sake 掛晒喺牆,勁有日式風味!仲充滿時尚感🍶🌈燒和牛舌沙律。口味清新,開開胃胃,做前菜一流🙆‍♀️。沙律唔會太多沙律汁而蓋過咗和牛嘅鮮味。🌈牛尾西京燒。有別於一般傳統日式居酒屋,廚師材料選擇方面都幾創新,牛尾多數都係西式嘅菜式,喺日式居酒屋到食到燒牛尾都係第一次。牛尾燒完出嚟香噴噴👃🏻勁多骨膠原,仲要唔靭添。🌈牛舌芯串燒。牛舌爽口,廚師只係用咗鹽來做調味,已經令到牛味非常突出!好正呀!🌈牛面頰串燒。肉質新鮮,口感嫰滑,外皮香脆。好味指數100分🌈花膠雞肉棒。雞肉棒外皮捲着花膠,配埋特色醬汁同日本生蛋Yummy Yummy。🔥🔥🌈 季節刺身盛合。叫咗個季節刺身盛合,裏面分別有 牡丹蝦,帆立貝,Toro,深海池魚,蜜柑鯛。刺身好新鮮,配上日式醬油同Wasabi,鮮甜美味🤌
