To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友係美國返嚟,指定要食日本菜,就㨂咗間地點方便,尖沙咀港鐵站一出就到的餐廳食廚師發辦。一人一個13件壽司加一件手卷set,每件都有不同的醬汁配合不同魚生,突出鮮味和口感,所以每一口的味道是獨特,並不單調。還送上自家製梅酒。最最最驚喜是埋單時見到有折,兩個人的賬單大約$1,000左右,以廚師發辦的級數,今餐係完全超值。餐廳環境舒適,bar坐得舒服,正前方就可以見壽司師傅處理魚生壽司,又可以直接溝通和了解一下時令食材,亦好細心留意我地的需要,好似要小飯同走Wasabi。仲發現咗呢間餐廳仲有兩個房,坐到6-8人,下次可以包場。離開餐廳時見到有個季節限定的蟹宴,有情人節優惠,朋友話返美國前要再嚟食。
