To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諗唔到食乜好，朋友提議食呢間中東菜。其實之前已經食過2-3次，價錢唔算平，但一响質素都幾好。今次試咗嗰Hummos+ Pita bread，羊架，BBQ雞串，甜品Knafeh 乳酪蛋糕。叫咗嗰classic Hummus+ pita bread，一响都係咁好食，pita bread都烘到好熱。 羊架好香，半肥瘦夠juicy ，朋友食完立即俾like。BBQ雞肉串驚喜位係啲輕輕燒過嘅紫洋蔥，我哋怕生洋蔥會有種辣味，但呢度啲洋蔥係好甜，又唔係全熟嘅，仲有種爽脆感。最後甜品一直都有食開，今次終於知道，原來外面係刨碎咗嘅酥皮，入面係甜嘅芝士。呢個真心好食，同冇咩地方會食到。呢間中東菜會永遠喺我嗰餐廳list入面！
