係社交媒體上面見到有人推薦尼間餐廳就即刻上open rice book位,發現係open rice訂位會有優惠,最後兩個人各叫左一份dinner set試一試。油甘魚伴酸汁水晶海帶沙律賣相唔錯,油甘魚入口即溶魚上面有少少酸汁幾開胃,個人認為同塊魚都幾夾刺身(帆立貝,牡丹蝦,三文魚,油甘魚)+海膽碎葱吞拿魚腩壽司,火炙左口魚邊壽司,帆立貝黑魚子壽司海膽同牡丹蝦好鮮甜反而刺身嘅油甘魚冇油甘魚沙律咁好食,肉質較結實。茶碗蒸茶碗蒸上有柚子皮,一上菜就聞到好大陣柚子味,食嘅時候蛋味唔出比柚子味蓋過,但食材係新鮮嘅,入面嘅蝦肉口感彈牙,冬菇都有鮮味法式芥末籽牛柳+銀鱈魚西京燒主菜加錢升級牛柳、西京燒。牛柳方面叫左5成熟,但食落都有少少靭,冇乜驚喜。反而西京燒肉質嫩滑,甜甜地幾好食日式叉燒拉麵(豬骨濃湯/醬油雞湯)不過不失嘅迷你拉麵,純粹係飽肚嘅主食,醬油雞湯篇咸,隻流心蛋有少少熟得滯,整體上都唔錯。法式焦糖焗蛋有少少薑汁係入面,平時唔中意食薑味嘅我都食得到,口感方面焗蛋口感十分細滑,加上面頭脆脆嘅焦糖配搭十分之完美。
