To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人人都知道稻香酒家出哂名1蚊雞優惠，上次試出1蚊炸子雞人氣大不如前，今次推出1蚊乳鴨、優惠價$168 澳洲龍蝦（上湯伊麵底）、$68鮑魚海中寶（海鮮雞湯）。😋我們6pm去到酒家，已經大排長龍，等了15分鐘安排入座，差不多全場爆滿，優惠十分受街坊愛載。1蚊BB乳鴨，手掌咁大隻，皮脆肉香，不用醬汁已經十分入味，每人都可以叫一隻乳鴨最抵👍🏻 🦞澳洲龍蝦（上湯伊麵底）反而不夠新鮮，上湯伊麵味道比較淡，我舖愛芝士打底，喜歡清淡的人士可能會適合，不過龍蝦啖啖肉，價錢也很實惠。鮑魚海中寶我就不太推介，湯汁很清淡，不似真正足料靚湯的味道，不過每碗都有鮑魚。😆
