To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日一點黎到,我等左十五鐘到,冇想像中等咁耐.環境同一般茶樓冇咩分別,位置比較擠迫.一行兩人叫左大概8個點心到,個人認為煎炸食物整得幾好食,整體水準十分之高,不愧為米其林一星,個人推薦蝦餃,腐皮卷同焗叉燒包,埋單大概二百,係一間幾抵食既米其林一星!
