To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友剛剛out trip返嚟香港,遇上自己嘅生日,雖然攰極了,狀態一般般,都要出嚟,畀我同佢食生日飯。約佢係荃灣西,咁多個商場應該有餐廳岩食,佢只係提左個要求就輕食,所以我㨂左荃新天地2期的Itamama,可以坐得耐又無人會趕你走。朋友點左個fish and chip 同黑松露野菌湯。西餐廳有一人一鍋,這是我喜歡的,所以就點左和風涮涮鍋,點左朱⻣湯底,豬梅頭片加多8蚊有飲品和dreyer's雪糕,好抵喎,8蚊雪糕都買唔到啦,打邊爐一定要飲下野先開心。如果餐牌有追加項目,我打算加個烏冬,但店員同我講,這個涮涮鍋已經有一個烏冬,所以我冇加到。店員送上黑松露野菌湯,他的份量其實都有兩碗,旁邊有兩條烤過嘅厚麵包,擺盤好靚。之後火鍋食物送上來,擺曬成張枱,店員為我點火,旁邊有個盤,我問佢用嚟做咩,佢話用嚟放煲蓋,果然細心。等緊個火鍋滾起,店員又為我們送上fishes & chips,成塊魚柳好大塊,差唔多成隻碟咁大,下面有薯條墊底,我哋一嚟就先食咗薯條,好脆,薯條同平時食開嘅粗薯條唔同,薯條本身外邊有炸漿,又達到香脆另一層次。佢個醬係放咗喺個魚柳上面,黑松露蛋黃醬,切魚柳嘅時候,因為個碟太細,所

佢個醬係放咗喺個魚柳上面,黑松露蛋黃醬,切魚柳嘅時候,因為個碟太細,所以有啲薯條跌咗落去個檯面,如果可以換個圓碟或者大少少嘅碟,同埋個醬可以放喺一邊,需要時先點就好啲。魚柳非常香脆可口,估唔到一個下午茶餐嘅價錢,可以食到呢個質量。

追求健康嘅我,可以先淥熟蔬菜,再食肉,最後才享用烏冬,自己可以揀先後次序,好滿意。

食過大x活,一人一鍋,以為呢一個涮涮鍋個份量都係一般般,今晚唔係好肚餓,應該夠食,但係真係睇少咗佢嘅份量,好彩只係叫左100G豬肉。

和風野菜盤,有蜆,生菜,娃娃菜,南瓜,冬菇,金菇,蟹柳同鳴門卷,湯入面有白蘿白和豆腐, 單係要食用野菜鍋都要半個鐘,之後要店員幫我哋加湯再食埋其他。


豬梅頭片,塊面有啲西生菜墊底,佢仲有兩個調味碟,一個放咗中華沙律,一個放咗日式麻醬。100 gram嘅梅片頭,有六塊,淥熟咗去點一點麻醬食,比起平時點豉油好味。

烏冬是一排急凍嘅烏冬,分量足兩個女仔食,最後先放,吸收曬湯入面所有嘅精華。

dreyer's雪糕,因為剛從雪櫃拎過嚟,所以就會好硬,想到最快嘅解凍方法,就係將佢放喺啲熱湯上面,哈哈哈。

朋友對呢餐生日飯都好滿意,最緊要係食得舒服,開心自在,日日可以吃好西。
