To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今與朋友相約來到位於銅鑼灣SoGo附近，金百利廣場7樓一家具有居酒屋格調的日本餐廳“築地”來品嘗一下他們家的料理。從網上看評價不錯，人氣很旺，交通也很方便。的確吃飯的人可真是不少，晚上需要等位！HKD88牛肉野菜壽喜燒，量大料足，吃起來很有特色。湯底鮮味十足，濃郁香甜，肥牛新鮮嫩滑，肥而不膩，配上溫泉蛋、娃娃菜、秋葵、胡蘿蔔、冬菇及豆腐粉絲等食材，真的是營養豐富，好吃又夠味！板燒香蒜牛舌，端上桌時鐵板還是熱氣騰騰，香味直面撲來，大片大片的牛舌與洋蔥絲、香蒜燒在一起，真可謂蒜香濃郁，味道勁爆！味之鰻，鰻魚卷裹著香瓜、龍蝦沙律、芝士等，吃起來口感特別好！两个人买单HKD200左右，價格合適，CP值极高！
