好耐冇食過日本吉列牛,係香港要食到又平又好味嘅吉列牛一啲都唔容易,有間主打吉列牛嘅餐廳bookmark 咗好耐,但價錢就令我有啲卻步👉🏻👈🏻好彩仲有佐敦呢間吉列牛出名性價比高😍~🍁 秘·燒黑松露吉列牛 ($148+$38加配定食)呢間有好特别嘅黑松露吉列牛,所以諗都唔洗諗就order咗呢個試下😆晚市加配定食包咗秘之飯素、楓糖流心蛋同櫻花昆布湯💁🏻‍♀️吉列牛沾上滿滿嘅黑松露,可想而知黑松露味有幾濃郁,燒熱後外層更加脆口🤤而牛肉嘅油脂分布平均,肉質嫩滑,食落外脆內軟,估唔到黑松露同吉到牛原來都幾夾😍
